Our Bronze and Silver Service scans are are done on high speed batch feed scanners.
Customers should be aware of the following limitations for the Bronze and Silver Scans due to the high speed hardware being used.

  Bronze and Silver scans might show a very small streak on the image that is caused by the high speed scanners
  Photos must be of standard thickness and in good condition to be scanned on the high speed scanners.
  Photos that are smaller than 3x3 or larger than 8x10 can only be scanned at the Gold level.
  Photos that are fragile, bent, curled, or contain any foreign substance on either side of the photo can only be scanned at the Gold level.

Once you cut the photos, you can never go back to the original full size print unless you have already had us scan the photos for you. Once we have digitized your photos, you can scrapbook with the assurance that you have the original photos in digital form on your CD. Bronze II Processing

Our Bronze processing service for photo scanning is an economical solution using a high speed batch feed scanner.

Photos must be of standard thickness and in good condition to be scanned on the high speed scanners.

Photos that are fragile, bent, curled, or contain any foreign substance on either side of the photo can only be scanned at the Gold level.
All Bronze orders are scanned into a single folder. Additional folders can be purchased for $2.00 each

Our Silver service applies color and fade restoration when required, but in some extreme cases where the photo has faded too far, even the best digital enhancement will fail to fully recover the original scene.  

Gold Processing

Our Gold processing service for photo scanning is an archive quality solution using flat bed scanners. All scans are done by hand, one a time.
All Gold orders are scanned into folders (average of 1 folder for every 50 photos). Additional folders can be purchased for $2.00 each

Our Gold Processing service includes the following enhancements:

Automated Color Correction and Fade Restoration as required
Image Rotation as required
Post Scan Image adjustments (color / contrast)
