Form Tips:
To display the price for scanning, you must first enter an
estimated quantity in the quantity field. The prices are discounted
based on the quantity.
If you are having trouble with any of the terms used on this order form
you can click on the adjacent underlined text to the left of the entry
for help.
You can click on any underlined word and obtain additional information.
After you have completed
filling out the order form, use the "CONTINUE"
button at the bottom of the order form to print the work order. Print 2
copies and keep one for your records.
Your printed order form (as well as you credit card information) is not
stored. You can discard the order form and start over at anytime. You
are under no obligation to use our services until you actually ship your
film and order form to us.
