We use the Nikon 5000 scanner for our 35mm negatives, which provides the same quality scan as the Nikon 9000 scanner. The only difference is that the Nikon 9000 can scan larger format film. We have examples of scanned images from a Nikon 5000 and a Nikon 9000. ExamplesFrame Restrictions
For every strip of 35mm negative film you send us, you must have all frames scanned. We will not skip frames.Negative frames must be at least 2 frames in length.
Single frame negatives can not be fed into our scanners and must be mounted into a cardboard mount prior to scanning.
There is a 50¢ handling fee for single frame negatives.

Frame vs Strip
A negative frame is each individual "picture," a strip, is when there are multiple frames together. We bill per frame, not per strip.Black and White Film
Digital Ice Infrared Clean does not work on Black and White Film. We can still scan Black and White film, but dust, scratches and fingerprints may show up in the scan.Adhesive Coverings
If your negatives have an adhesive plastic covering that is attached to your negative strip, we do prefer that you take the coverings off prior to shipment. If we do receive the negative strips with the adhesive coverings, we can take them off, but we do not assume any liability.What we offer

We would never send your irreplaceable negatives outside the country like other companies do. We do all our work right here in Utah. More Info
All of our slide images will be digitally color corrected after they are scanned. They will receive automated color balance, fade correction and image rotation. You will receive 1 grouping for every 50 negatives you send in. View Examples
All of our slide images will be digitally edited after they are scanned. They will receive Professional Post Scan manual image adjustments by a PhotoShop Expert (color / contrast / minor spotting / cropping). You will receive 1 grouping for every 50 photographs you send in View Examples
