Free Inbound Shipping- Ground
Our Free Inbound Ground Shipping offer means that we will pay for your package to be sent from YOU to US. Depending on your schedule, you can take advantage of this offer and receive your order in time for Christmas. Ground shipments can take 1-6 business days to arrive depending where the shipment originated. The closer you live to Utah, the faster we will receive your order. Once we receive your order is when the processing time begins. As long as we receive your order with enough time to complete it before Christmas you will be just fine. Shipping- Express Options
Once we have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment ASAP - we know time is of the essence. To ensure you receive your order in time for the holidays we offer Fed Ex Overnight, Fed Ex 2-day, Fed Ex 3-day air and Ground shipments. Express shipments are faster, but do cost a bit more money. To keep costs low, we allow you to send your discs express and your heavy media ground. This way you will receive your discs in time for Christmas, and your heavy media can return a slower less expensive method. We offer this every year at Christmas to help keep your costs down.
If this is something you would like, just choose your express shipment option on the order form and then in the special instructions let us know you want your heavier media returned Fed Ex Ground. If you have any questions about this process, just give us a call at 1-800-776-8357.
If you want all your media returned to you ASAP, just select your express shipment choice on your order form and we will return all your media express shipment.
Rush Service
If you have run out of time for our normal processing times, don't worry; we offer rush service! Here is a list of our processing times and our rush times. You will want to select rush service on the order form to ensure that you receive the rush processing times. You will also want to select your shipping option to ensure that you receive your order in time for Christmas. Online Viewing
If your preferred gift idea is to allow your family to see their digital images and videos online then you don't need to worry about what shipment you choose. You can go with the least expensive, which is Fed Ex Ground. Your digital images will be loaded online to our Image Organization System where your family can view and organize your slides negatives and photos. Just make sure that you select to have your digital images uploaded to our "IOS" Image Organization System.
You can also view, edit & download your movie film & video tapes online. Just make sure that you choose to have your videos uploaded to Pixorial!
