     1. Number reel boxes/cans from 1 to X and we'll follow that order. All Film is returned.
     2. Fill in page 1 and 2 and print out. Mail page 2-3 with your film.
     3. Minimum order size is 600 ft. We can do less but charge as if you have 600 ft.

When submitting videotapes, movie film or any other media to us whether for video transfer or for any other reason, client acknowledges and agrees that the Larsen Digital and any individual or business used by us shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such materials following receipt and during processing of such materials (even if due to our fault or negligence) and that the clients sole remedy shall be blank stock of the submitted media. Larsen Digital makes no other warranty and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from clients use of our services. Client warrants that the media submitted to the Larsen Digital for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if protected, the client has obtained permission to make copies. Client also agrees to protect and indemnify Larsen Digital (or it's assignees) from any costs related to copyright infringement. If ordering Blu-Ray DVDs, Please make sure your player is Blu-ray Profile 1.1 compliant before sending an order. Satisfaction Guarantee: Request for re-work or refund must be received within 25 days from shipment date. Re-work will be done free of charge one time for mistakes made by the Larsen Digital. Refunds are only given if a competitor can obtain better quality (defined by clarity, color, graininess and scratches) for a similar price (within 10% of ours). Under these fair terms, we've never had to give a refund.
